基于JSP的智能办公系统的设计与实现_计算机专业论文范文
计算机专业论文范文 摘要 现代社会计算机和网络技术的应用已经渗透到企业的日常工作中。智能化办公发展到现在已经比较成熟，目前一般都采用基于工作流的分析模式，面向对象的分析设计方法，分析工作流中的文档与角色，以及它们各自的属性，建立起企业智能化办公模型，实现智能化办公。 本文首先针对企业办公事务中存在的一些问题，采用容易扩展的B/S架构，J2EE开发平台，结合需求，应用办公自动化、数据库以及网络服务理论与技术构建智能化办公系统。系统提供了企业办公所需要的基本功能，并且操作简单，稳定安全，通过该系统可以实现企业无地域办公，提高企业竞争力。同时系统和一个企业的业务结合的非常紧密，甚至是定制的。因而可以将诸如信息采集、查询、统计等功能与具体业务密切关联。操作人员只须点击一个按钮就可以得到想要的结果，从而极大得方便了企业领导的管理和决策。 关键词：智能化办公，J2EE平台，B/S架构 ABSTRACT At present, computer and network technology has penetrated into the daily work of enterprises. The development of intelligent office is now more mature, the current is generally based on the analysis of workflow model, object-oriented analysis and design methods, analysis of the document workflow and roles, as well as their respective properties, to establish enterprise intelligent office models of office machines. In this paper, first of all，for the problems in daily jobs, to use the B/S architecture which easy to expand, J2EE development platform, combine with the demand, employ the office automation, databases, network services and technology to build a theory of intelligent office systems. The system provides corporate office functions required by the basic and simple operation, stability, security, the system can be realized through a regional office enterprises, improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Thus can be such as information collection, information, statistics and other functions closely associated with the specific business. Operators only need to click a button to get the desired results, which have greatly facilitated the management of business leaders and decision-making. 计算机专业论文范文 摘 要 随着Internet技术的发展，网络已经逐步渗透到人们生活的各个方面，各种信息管理系统的数字化、网络化已成为必然趋势。图书订阅系统是图书信息管理的重要手段，随着图书馆藏量的增大，人们对图书信息需求的不断增加，传统的手工图书订阅方式已不能满足这种需求，更不能适应当今信息时代的发展，因此，设计一个网上图书订阅系统，通过计算机管理图书信息，利用网络实现图书订阅，已成为图书订阅系统发展的新趋势。 网上图书订阅系统基于 Microsoft SQL Server 2000和ASP.NET平台，以C#为编程语言开发,实现了网上图书预订和借阅，订阅信息查询，图书和用户信息的修改，借阅排行和新到图书的查询等功能，这样不但可将管理员从繁重的劳动中解脱出来，提高管理图书的效率，更重要的是可以使每一位读者足不出户就能够通过上网来轻松订阅图书，查询相关订阅信息。 本文共五章：第一章 引言；第二章 理论基础；第三章 系统需求分析；第四章 系统设计；第五章 系统实施及测试。 关键词：图书预订；图书借阅；订阅信息查询；图书管理 The Design of On-line Book Borrowing and Reserving System Abstract With development of Internet technology, the network has gradually penetrated into the people's lives in all areas. Information management system of digital and network technology has become an inevitable trend. The book borrowing and reserving system is an important tool to manage book information. With the increase of book possession and user’s demand, the traditional manual method won’t satisfy this demand and the development of today’s era any more. Thus it’s a new trend to design an on-line book borrowing and reserving system, which uses computer to deal with book information and network to realize borrowing and reserving. The system is based on the ASP.NET platform and developed by the C# language and SQL Server 2000 database. It has realized on-line book borrowing and reserving, inquiring information of borrowing and reserving, changes of books and users borrow ranks and new book information. It can not only release the manager from heaven burden, improving the management efficiency, but also make the users at home borrow, reserve, and inquiry their concerned information. 计算机专业论文范文 摘要 随着信息时代的来临，internet和网络游戏的发展，大大小小的网吧已经遍及全国，无论是大中城市还是小城市甚至是很小的县城。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理网吧即工作人员人工记时,结算的方式来进行管理，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、保密性差、容易出错,另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。 使用计算机对网吧收费，计帐，上机，查找管理,具有手工管理所无法比拟的优点.例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。 本文介绍了一种在JAVA平台下设计并实现智能卡网吧管理系统的全过程。通过分析比较流行的智能卡网吧管理系统的开发技术，结合网吧管理的一系列特点，java语言基础上使用Eclipse开发工具实现智能卡网吧管理系统的解决方案。 本文经过实际的需求分析，阐述了智能卡网吧管理系统支撑的相关技术，以及数据库设计，最后阐述系统的总体结构与系统的各个功能模块。 关键词：智能卡，JAVA平台，网吧管理 ABSTRACT Along with the advent of information age and the continuous development of internet and online games, a lot of net bars have been distributed all over the whole country, not only distributed in the large cities but also in the small cities and even in the small counties. But people have always used the traditional methods to manage the net bars, which methods are that adopting the artificial remembering time way and the artificial settling accounts way to manage the net bars. Such management methods exist many shortcomings, such as low efficiency, poor security, easy to generate error, besides, after many years later will produce a large number of documents and date ,which will bring a lot of difficulties to find, update and maintain the date. 计算机专业论文范文 内 容 摘 要 现代社会科技在不断的更新，科学技术的发展日新月异，为了满足人们使用现代化通讯手段的要求我们开发了一款“局域网通讯软件”，此款软件是专用于局域网内交流信息的软件。它主要实现了五种功能：网络设置，发送短信，发送通知，网上会议，以及文件传输功能。 C#是微软公司基于Visual Studio.NET平台量身订制的新一代程序开发语言。使用C#开发基于DOTNET的应用程序，具有良好的安全性和跨平台性。正是因为DOTNET平台和C#开发语言的特点，我们选择用C# 语言进行开发。本软件采用了UDP协议与多点广播；其中多点广播用于发送短信功能；UDP协议用于发布通知、网上会议和文件传输功能。此外，本软件还采用了多线程技术，使各个功能都能够并发执行。同时本软件还省去了专用服务器；将服务器的功能嵌入到软件中，使软件本身不仅具有客户端的功能，而且具有服务器的功能。因此使用时无需登陆服务器，有利于信息的保护。 关键词： 局域网通讯， C#, Visual Studio.NET ，UDP协议， Abstract The technology of modern society refresh ceaselessly, in order to meet people’s need of communication, we exploder a new software, its name is “the software of communication in the LAN”. It is specially to communicate with others in the LAN. Its functions are: network settings, message sending, notice sending, network meetings, and document sending. C# is a new language of the Microsoft that base on the visual studio .NET. It has good security Just because of the specialty of C# and DOTNET, we choose it to exploder the software. This software adopts the UDP protocol, and so on, its functions can execute at the same time. Also, it economize the special server, the server’s function was embed into the software, it made itself not only can be seen as the server, but also can be seen as the client.
