Responsibility:
l
Investment analysis for both oversea/domestic opportunities assigned
l
Prepare due diligence report upon the project assigned
l
Assist GM to handle daily operational tasks
l
Communicating with parent company(Mainland) or related entities.
l
Involving in company-based communication and negotiation.
l
Assist GM to report to the board on a regular basis
l
Assist with monthly closing, monthly forecast, and preparation of operation plan and strategic plan.

Requirement:
l
Critical still, ability and characteristic necessary to perform job responsibility.
l
Masters degree in Finance/Economics or related areas from a prestigious University.(清华大学、北京大学、人民大学、复旦、五道口或其他同等)
l
Strong English/Mandarin speaking and writing ability.
l
Background in analyzing Finance/Energy/natural resources sector is preferred.
l
Basic-understanding of accounting and how to performing a financial analysis.
l
CFA charter holders or CFA level III candidates are preferred.
l
Experiences as a financial analyst is preferred.

Salary: around 20k-30k/month
