标题可能过于敏感了，事情是这样的，今年3月份投了一篇sci，记得第三天好像就under reviwer了，之后就是一直等待，快4个月后（7月初）状态突然变成pending decision了，有人说可能是由于两个外审意见不统一，所以需要主编做最终决定。6-7天后收到编辑部的major revision通知。仔细一看两个外审评语，其中一个外审评论非常积极，而且大佬已经在pdf文档中帮助修改了诸多小细节，我们都不用再改了。。。。。但是第二个外审意见就比较“有趣”。

Well done and thank you for this paper. It is timely and addressed an important area where those with intellectual disability are marginalised. Please see all comments on the attachment. Consider the use of proxy, ethics, reasonable accommodations outside of special schools as a wider recommendation.
但是，最关键的外审2，这个就很虐心了，明显的表明自己的立场，认为台湾不是中国的！！！

The researchers attempted to describe the physical activity levels of children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities in China since the limited research available. It was an interesting topic but some methodical sue should be considered for future publication:
1) Had been there any pioneering studies that were interested in this topic? Was this study the first one to explore PA levels in this population in mainland China? It would be controversial to list Taiwan as part of China. Although it is a political issue, this presentation would cause arguments and the value of this article would be easily ignored.
剩下还有四个问题，仔细考虑一下，相对来说都比较好回答。唯独这个问题，这明摆着不认为台湾属于中国，这不开玩笑吗？这和我们的政治立场不一致啊！这和学术研究也没关系啊！真是服气了，我们正在想着写一封邮件给编辑部，重新再找一名外审专家，或者直接就退稿改投了。。。遇到这事，也是受教了。大家都是啥观点啊？给点建议啊！家人们！！！:arm::arm::arm
