E. J. McKay is an investment banking firm operating in the fields of cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private placement, corporate finance and merchant banking. Present in many countries and financial centers globally, we are a leading financial advisor in the China – Europe, China – India, and China – US capital flow corridors. As a result of the growths in our China businesses, we are seeking to hire business analysts and associates with diverse academic backgrounds to join us in Shanghai.

Open position: Business Analyst

Job description:
An E. J. McKay Business Analyst will be expected to perform business and financial analysis, assist in negotiation due diligence and transaction structuring, and complete various development and advisory assignments.

Ideal candidates should have the following profile:
1. Bachelor/Master’s degree from a leading Chinese university with superb academic record;
2. Fluent in English;
3. Good team player;
4. Willingness to work hard;

An E. J. McKay Associate is expected to identify investment opportunities, perform business and financial analysis, manage projects, and participate in board level negotiations.

Our minimum requirements include:
1. Three years full time work experience or MBA degree from a leading Chinese university;
2. Fluent in English;
3. Strong team player;
4. Willingness to work hard.

Specifically, we are seeking professionals from multinational corporations, leading local or international law firms, accounting firms, consulting firms, and other international financial, strategic, operational, and business advisory organizations, and securities houses.
