腾升投资是一家专业的私募股权投资基金及投资银行，因业务需要，现诚聘以下岗位人员：投行分析师，基金投资经理，高级投资经理。
工作内容：负责行业研究、投资项目的寻找、评估、立项、尽职调查、谈判、交易结构设计及退出，并参与被投资企业的投后管理。
要求：
1. 国内外知名院校硕士学历
2. 国内知名券商投行部工作两年以上（参与过IPO，并购项目）
3. 2年以上在拥有上市审计资格的会计师事务所审计工作经验，4大优先。
4. 或知名律师事务所（擅长IPO或私募的律所）
5. 或国内外其他知名PE
6. 或国内外知名企业（行业专才，如装备制造，现代农业，快速消费品等行业）
7. 或国内外知名咨询公司。有能力帮助公司处理股权结构及公司架构咨询，已达到上市的需求）
8. 能够较强地拓展投资业务，具备较强的投资项目开发能力和广泛的社会关系，在投资渠道和投资项目方面有较丰富的资源，有能力独立发掘分析有发展潜力和投资价值的高成长中小型企业；
9. 有敏锐的投资意识，对投资项目有较强的洞察力和判断力；
10. 具备出色的沟通、协调与谈判能力，良好的中文、英文工作能力。

Ascent Global Associates is an investment banking and private equity firm. We are seeking highly motivated and academically accomplished candidates with extensive investment banking, private equity or other financial industry experience to join us in the following positions: Analyst, Associate and Senior Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Deal sourcing
- Industry analysis and market research
- Financial modeling and valuation
- Company evaluation
- Due diligence
- Management of portfolio companies
Requirements:
- MBA or master’s degree holder from a top university
- Excellence in written and oral English
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, accounting firms, law firms, consulting firms or specific industries (IPO projects experience preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
