The original design follows the trend and policy of waste recycling utilization, which acts as an example in a particular industry, in which no other precedent has ever been seen, harmonizing environment without the intrusion of  pollutions from formaldehyde and some other toxic materials. Besides, grey bricks and tiles seem more attractive in megacities crowded with modern skyrocketing buildings, which bring more rustic taste and ease high pressures of citizens.

However, to filter out the right material in quality and size still costs a lot, which hasn't had any standard in the market yet. Besides, it takes much room to build the houses as the height of the building may be limited because of the quality of the used materials, which may be a weakness for the architecture design to be widely used in urban area. The design is more artistic than pragmatistic right now.
