Pacific Epoch isseeking a person to work as an Analyst. Ideally, we are looking for a personlooking to become a professional fundamental investment researcher and who hasa particular interest in digital media.
Responsibilities:
· Collecting,maintaining and analyzing data sets
· Producingregular written research reports that highlight both key industry trends andcompany theses
· SupportingSenior Analysts to conduct fundamental, primary research on the digital mediasectors.
· Workingwith Senior Analysts to refine research and forecasting methodologies
· Creatingand developing networking relationships with industry experts
Qualifications:
· Musthave a Bachelor’s degree from a top university, MA, MBA, or CFA credential is aplus
· Mustpossess strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
· Knowledgeof key issues in financial markets and economy
· Abilityto remain detail-oriented while working at a fast pace
· GoodMS office skills, especially strong in Excel, Word
· Previousexperience in investment or market research in China preferred
· Previousexperience of working in either the internet media industry preferred
· Previousexperience of using financial information platforms such as Wind, Bloomberg orTHS is a plus
