具体职位内容和要求如下：
职位名称：Tax Manager
岗位职责：
1、Tax Health-check and tax audit defence and follow-up
2、Tax Advisory & Education
3、Tax legislative Research and Lobbying
4、Tax/Financial Analysis and Update
5、Transfer Pricing Review
6、functional support
任职资格：
1.Bachelor degree on taxation or accounting
2.A minimum of 5 years tax experience gained in a premier accounting/law firm or an equivalent industry experience in Tax function, who has both tax compliance and planning/project based experiences
3.Good written (presentation writing skills) and spoken communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
4.Good at MS office skills
5.Strong analytical skills
6.CPA and/or certified Tax Agent qualification preferred
7.Willingness to travel
8.A strong communication capability of influencing senior management, external advisers and tax authorities
9.Work pro-actively and independently
