经常在一些文章看到population of interest  ，disese of interest 请问interest 在 这里面是什么意思 谢谢  原话是The incidence-based approach estimates the impact of the new drug on expected lifetime costs and health and other outcomes for a disease cohort (all persons newly diagnosed with the disease in a given year) or for a representative person with the disease of interest.

是指作者讨论的对象，字面意思就是“感兴趣的”,disease of interest指文中讨论的那一种疾病

很难想出个词来翻译。。就是In the interest of disease的意思。。

"of interest" 可以翻译成：感兴趣的，所关心的。
population of interest 感兴趣的人群/所关心的人群
disease of interest （文中）提到的疾病/ 所关心的疾病/ 感兴趣的疾病/ 所研究的疾病

翻译如下：
以发病率为基础的方法，来估计新药对某种患病群体（在某一年内所有新确诊的人）或者对于所感兴趣的疾病中有代表性的人，的预期的用药支出、健康及其他的结果  所产生的影响。

这个英文写的特别怪，断句有点问题。英文写作很忌讳长句子，句子中间还有括号隔开。
