Serbia and Elephant Alliance begandrafting cooperation agreement
June 21, 2013 afternoon, Elephant Alliance Chairman Jin Chenglong and company went again to the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia to visit the Serbian Embassy Minister Counsellor Mr. Zoran Djordjevic and to discuss further cooperation between both sides. The two sides had reached a preliminary cooperation intention in the meeting and began drafting the specifics of a strategic cooperation framework agreement.
Mr. Djordjevic said he had reported Elephant Alliance’s intention for cooperation to his country and the feedback from the Republic of Serbia was very positive. The government has the intention to cooperate with Elephant Alliance and hopes Elephant Alliance can draft a cooperation agreement similar to the one that the government of Malawi had signed because this is a good thing that both sides can win. Once the contents of the agreement are determined the next step is to arrange the signing of the agreement by the appropriate government department representatives.
The two sides involved had determined the specific contents of cooperation that have very good cooperation points including Serbia's exporting steel plant, truck plant, Siemens Industrial Park, the industrial park to be developed and constructed by Elephants Alliance for Serbia, import and export trades, some Serbian mineral resources developments, etc..
Both agreed that Elephants Alliance will draft the strategic cooperation framework agreement between Serbia and Elephant Alliance. This draft will be sent by the embassy to the Serbian government. The two sides agreed to arrange a time for the signing ceremony when all the details of the agreement were agreed.
