还是reverse/forward split( 缩拆调整)? (The reverse/forward split is a two-step transaction. The first step is a 1-for-100 reverse stock split of our common stock. As part of this step, shares that would be converted into less than one share will instead be converted into the right to receive a cash payment. The second step of the transaction, which follows immediately after the reverse split, is a 100-for-1 forward stock split under which each share of common stock outstanding upon completion of the reverse split will be converted into 100 shares of common stock. The reverse/forward split will not have any effect on shareholders who own 100 or more shares. Shareholders who own less than 100 shares on the effective date will receive cash for their shares.)
