该公司（Experian)是全球最大的征信局，向世界各地的客户提供数据和分析工具。该集团帮助企业管理信贷风险、防止欺诈行为、确定营销目标，以及实现自动化决策。同时，也帮助个人用户查询自己的信用报告和信用评分，并防止身份盗用。

现招聘数据分析师数名，表现优秀者，毕业后可留用。如是应届毕业生投递全职岗位，希望从面试通过开始，全职上班。

工作地点：北京

实习天数：每周5天。2014年9月至2015年6月。

要求：做事认真、责任感强。会使用SAS基础语言（有其他编程基础也可以考虑）

详细要求如下：

Responsibilities:
1. Develop credit risk scorecards for retail banking or other financial institutions in Asia Pacific.
2. Develop Basel II IRB credit risk solutions for retail banks in Asia Pacific.
3. Create documentation on analytic results in either English or Chinese.
4. Conduct strategy analysis and other ad hoc analysis related to credit risk decision process.
5. Communicate with Experian consultants in Asia Pacific region to design, develop and deliver analytic solutions to clients in AP.
6. Support marketing analytics for various industries, both AP and North America.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research or Mathematics; a master’s degree in similar fields is strongly preferred.
2. Possess basic programming skills and knowledge about statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, S-plus, R.
3. Experienced in MS Office Suite. VBA coding is a plus.
4. Demonstrate the ability to write and present fluently in both English and Chinese.
English proficiency level: CET 6 or equivalent.
