Duration of internship: 6 months (full-time)

Preferred starting date: Nov. 4th

Location: Beijing

Brief Description of Assignment:

-          Support of Project Leader and Project Management in daily business

-          Support on maintenance of project management tools and templates

-          Support on maintenance of project documentation in MS SharePoint

-          Support to ensure a smooth process approach in procurement

-          Support on preparation of conferences and meetings (e.g. preparation of presentation &handouts and meeting room)

-          Support documents transfer between different working locations

Qualification Requirements:

-          Fluent English (oral and written)

-          Ability to work independently

-          Strong communication skills

-          Sense of responsibility

-          Well-founded skills in use of MS Office applications (MS Excel and PowerPoint)

-          Project management knowledge is preferred

Notice:

-          一周五天的工作时间及六个月的实习期必须保证,且实习期间保持学生身份；
