Finally, one of the following two conditions should be satisfied: (a) the row and column sums of the matrices
W, (IN-dW)-1 and (IN-kW)-1 before W is row-normalized should be uniformly
bounded in absolute value as N goes to infinity, or (b) the row and column sums of
W before W is row-normalized should not diverge to infinity at a rate equal to or
faster than the rate of the sample size N.
请问上面的两个条件为什么能保证空间相关关系随着距离的变大而减弱呢

自己检验一下不就好了，设置一个近一点的再设置一个远一点的比较比较

那个好像是讲归一化的吧。要是想“空间相关关系随着距离的变大而减弱”，需要采用距离的倒数之类的空间相关权重的吧
