本人菜鸟第一次投英文期刊，写了一篇实证类的论文投到China Economic Review，经过近四个月的审稿，现在返回了修改意见，现在系统状态是Revise，也不知道是大修还是小修什么的。

编辑来信如下：


Dear Dr. X X,

Thank you for submitting your paper to the China Economic Review.  It has been reviewed by anonymous referees, and while they raised several important concerns, they also believe that the paper has significant merit.  Therefore, I would like to invite you to submit a revised version of the paper.

If you feel that you can suitably address the reviewer comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript. We hope that you will accept this invitation to revise and that you can submit a revision within 90 days or sooner.  If you believe that a revision will require a longer period, please let me know so that we can plan accordingly.


接下来是两个审稿人的意见，各给了7条修改意见，总共有14条！



本人没有SCI或SSCI的相关经验，想在这里向有经验的大神们请教，接下来应该这么做，各个方面的经验都需要，多谢！

对着修改意见、一条一条改

“they also believe that the paper has significant merit”，文章还是有很大价值的，按照修改意见一条一条修改吧
