垦荒是开辟新的耕地,问题是印第安人已经吃得很好了,为什么要费力去种植更多的地?他们部落没有那么多的人口和劳动力,拿什么去开垦和种植?当然殖民者有劳动力,他们掠夺黑奴将其奴役致死。
很多耕种部落明显已经粮食实现了自给自足,还可以拿去和渔猎部落交换肉类食物,说明他们的农业耕种技术是很发达的,而且还被农业部赞扬为是环保生态农业,懂得如何享受大自然的馈赠又保持了自然生态环境的平衡。
