摘要： 中国转轨经济中劳资双方的冲突与矛盾日益凸显，成为社会普遍关注焦点。马克思关于资本总公式及其矛盾的一般理论深刻地揭示出隐藏在资本总公式背后资本所有者与劳动力所有者的矛盾。在博弈论的分析框架下，劳资关系可被理解为一种博弈关系。因而，通过对资本总公式及其矛盾的博弈分析，能够为在社会主义市场经济条件下构建和谐稳定的劳资关系提供一定的理论支撑。

                                  The Game Analysis Between the Labor and Capital in

                                  General Formula for Capital and Practical significance

Abstract:
In Chinese transition economy, the conflict between labor and capital has gradually been revealed and has aroused public concern.
Max's general theory about general formula for capital and their contradiction has revealed the contradictions between capital owners
and labor force owners concealing deeply behind general formula of capital. Under analytical framework of the game theory, labor-capital
relations can be understood as one kind of game relation. Therefore, the game analysis of the general formula for capital and its contradictions
can provide theory support for building harmonious and stable labor-capital relations under the socialist market economy condition.
