借也是投资，入股也是投资，入股是广义的借，一回事，都是凭借资本索取报酬。

不管公司将来怎样，公司都有责任归还债权人借款。

你在混淆股份与借款。

归还借款是公司的责任。借款不是公司的所有权。借款的收入是利息。

股份是公司的所有权，不是借款。股份的收入不是利息，是利润。

什么是企业家才能？

你就想讲有资本家剥削，资本家没有剥削。 资本家的工作是配置资源和创新。

成立公司时，出资得到股份的股东没有借钱给公司。这是常识。你不要睁着眼睛说瞎话。

小股东的企业家精神可能不如大股东，不过，他们还是在冒险追求利润。否则，小股东把钱存到银行去，拿利息了。投资的创造力总比存银行要强。

我们谈的是拥有大笔钱，有足够投资知识的人，不是小额股民。你在偷换概念。
