Position: Teaching/Research Assistant
Location: 上海
Report to: Professor Jane Lu
Work Type: Full-time（全职）
聘用单位：中欧国际工商学院

职位要求：
1. 试用期满后至少签订两年合同，2019年2月左右开始工作。
2. 企业管理方向，特别是国际商务、中国企业国际化方向感兴趣
3. 有浓厚的学术兴趣并计划攻读海外、中欧PhD的博士；
4. 英语基础好（GMAT和TOEFL成绩优异者优先），良好数据处理能力（熟练使用Stata）；
5. 熟练的书面中文和英语写作；
6. 税后到手年薪约120K+.

工作内容：
1.助教工作（不少于50%）
2.研究助理工作 (不少于30%)
3.教授的秘书工作
注：TA工作比重会逐步减少，RA工作会逐步递增加。

Job Requirements:
1.The candidate, after probation, must sign a 2-year employment contract and start working in Feb, 2019
2.The applicant who studies Business Administration and is interested in strategy and international business takes precedence
3.The professor has preference for those who pursue an academic goal (e.g. a PhD degree abroad or at CEIBS in the future)
4.Excellent English skills (e.g. TOEFL & GMAT) and capability of analyzing data (e.g. STATA) are expected
5.Sophisticated ability to write in both formal Chinese and formal English is needed
Job Responsibilities:
1.Assisting Professor in daily affairs (e.g. booking flights and hotels)
2.Teaching Assistant
3.Working with Professor on her research programs

Professor Jane Lu is Chinese who is also a chair professor at Melbourne University.
