rd命令里的option mbw(100）是输出的最优带宽吗？如果是的话最优的依据是什么？我help之后没有理解文档里“requested bandwidth”的含义
rdrobust里面输出的结果有两个  一个是BW est.(h)  一个是BW bias.(b) 这两个哪个是指基于MSE得出的最优带宽呢？
