     The Construction of Financial Crisis Early-warning Model of Listed Companies

This text analyzes the research object of finance crisis, chooses the A section listed companies that been special treated in 2005 for research object, uses the profession and the total capital stock scale as the standard of choosing samples, and constructs the financial crisis early-warning model of listed companies. The early-warning indexes chose common financial indexes and introduce cash flow indexes, using Fisher discriminant standard, and establishes the linear discriminant function through demonstration research. we hopes that it can give some references for the prediction of the financial crisis of listed companies.
