早在1911年,美国经济学家费雪(Irving Fisher)已提出了“货币的购买力”(Purchasing Power of Money)这一概念,指政策制订者须致力稳定广义的物价指数,而指数应包括股价、债价、物业价格,甚至于商品服务的价格。
