This paper mainly deals with the schematic design of the core cell of videophone terminal,including video frequency image–acquiring,analog-digital converting and the image frame storage.Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the market prospect,the development and system composing of videophone,then analyzed the correlative hardware knowledge theoretically,choosing TC221 CCD image sensor of TEXAS INSTRUMENTS as image–acquiring device,and then designed the assistant control logic circuit. The assistant control logic circuit of the entire system of the core cell of videophone terminal was realized by hardware circuit, including the timing producer circuit of CCD, analog-digital conterting interface circuit,storage interface circuit,and so on.
