And the paper introduces the existing procurement and distribution model in chain restaurant industry. By comparing with all kinds of procurement and distribution model’s characteristics and the scope of application, the paper introduces the main idea which fits Chinese chain restaurant. In order to raise the ability which is changing as soon as the needs change in the market, we should improve the procurement and distribution model to control the cost and improve the supply chain management. So the chain restaurant enterprises can become more competitive and fully use the resources efficiently. Making use of appropriate procurement and distribution model has the important practical significance for promoting the development of chain restaurant industry.
