This thesis mainly from the content of the fermentation medium and the fermentation conditions.First,study the infection about the component of the medium, and know the medium composition on Blakeslea trispora effect of ¦Â-carotene. Initially indentified as a carbon source to corn starch, soybean power as a source of fermentation medium.
