影响江苏潮华生产物流的两个因素
摘要 在当今激烈的市场竞争中，为了生存与发展，企业必须对快速变化的市场做出及时响应，企业必须不断的完善自我的结构和管理的更新，提高企业的核心竞争力。江苏潮华玻璃制品有限公司，是生产药用玻璃瓶的一家中小型企业。凭借着这个行业比较小的竞争压力进入该行业，但是这个企业的生产物流系统很落后，如果一直不加以改进，不知什么时候就会被吃掉，就像被慢慢加热的温水中的青蛙一下，脱离不了死亡的命运。
所以本文针对这家企业的状况进行了研究。首先系统的叙述了物流的相关知识。从阐述物流的定义，包含内容开始，然后提出了生产物流的概念,生产物流包括的内容。
之后引用了江苏潮华的真实案例，首先对江苏潮华进行了简单的介绍，其次对其工厂布置进行了描述，再次介绍了江苏潮华的部分库存状况，以局部反应整体。
其次结合江苏潮华公司的目前的现状，从生产物流的库存管理和企业的经营模式两个角度对公司的生产物流方面的影响出发，描述了公司存在的问题，并针对这些问题找到了解决的方法，并提出了注意事项。
最后，对解决方案根据目前的状况进行了简单的计算，得出本研究的实用价值。

ABSTRACT now the competition is intense in market, for surviving and developing, the enterprise must make the prompt response to the fast changing market, the enterprise must develop the structure of itself and the management renewal, enhances enterprise's core competitiveness. The Chao-Hua,JiangSu glass products Co. Ltd produce for medicinal purposes glass. It is a small and medium-sized enterprise. Because of small pressure competition in entering this profession, this enterprise's production logistic system is very backward, if they did not improve it, it must be die one day .Just like will look like the frog in the lukewarm water which is heating up slowly, could not be escaped from the destiny of death.
With this condition, this article has done a research of this family enterprise. First, having a systematic distribution of the knowledge relate to physics. Beginning with definition of logistic and contain, then proposing the production physical distribution's conception.
Afterward it has quoted the case of Chao-Hua,JiangSu glass products Co. Ltd. First of all, has carried on the simple introduction to Chao-Hua,JiangSu glass products Co. Ltd .Second, has carried on the description to its plant layout, third, introduce part stock condition.
Next unifies the Chao-Hua,JiangSu glass products Co. Ltd Corporation's present situation, distributing the problem from the stock management and enterprise's business model .and find the solution method to these questions, proposing the matters which need pay attention to.
Finally, has carried on the simple computation to the solution base on present condition, obtained this research ‘s value.
