The rapid development of private economy, making it a national economic development, promoting market prosperity and social stability an important force. With the advent of the knowledge employee, knowledge employee have become the core of enterprise resources. In recent years an increasing number of private enterprises in the management of knowledge employee face serious challenges, the traditional incentive mechanisms to adapt to a knowledge employee management requirements, knowledge employee inadequate incentives, such as high wastage rate of the increasing problem. How the knowledge employee effective incentives to inspire them to the greatest extent possible the work of the initiative and play a creative potential of private enterprises has become a reality, but also enterprises to achieve sustainable development the core issue. Based on the Beiyinmei Company’s knowledge employee incentive status, being guided by motivation theories, profiting from the research results of the scholars, made against the Beiyinmei Company’s knowledge employee incentive programme. Construction of the way in incentives, material from the company, in close connection with the spirit of the incentive approach; Concerned about the knowledge employee of personal growth and development; Implementation of mandates, to participate in the management incentives; Strengthening the building of enterprise culture, building corporate vision; Focus on incentive feedback in the process of communication link these areas to effectively stimulate the company's knowledge employee.
