摘要
我国企业一直在传统管理模式下进行，企业基础薄弱，存在生产效率低、生产产品质量差、不能及时交货等种种问题。工业工程作为对企业生产现场进行分析和改进的管理技术之一，可以达到不断提高生产率和生产效益，运用工业工程手法优化企业生产现场是十分有效的。
在本文献中我们主要围绕工业工程和企业现场管理优化的关系展开，首先，对工业工程、工业工程在企业在现场管理中应用的现状及工业工程与现场管理优化的关系进行概述。再次，对工业工程在企业现场管理优化的方法进行详细介绍。最后，结合杭州机床集团的实际情况，运用工业工程方法对其生产现场进行分析，找出其存在的问题并对问题进行改善。

ABSTRACT
Chinese enterprises have been carried out under the traditional management model, corporate foundation is weak, the existence of low productivity, poor product quality, timely delivery and other issues. Industrial Engineering as one of the production site for analysis and improvement of management techniques can achieve to continuously productivity and production efficiency, using industrial engineering practices in optimizing enterprise production site is very effective.
In this literature, we mainly focus on industrial engineering and business management at the scene of the relations between the optimization, first of all, the industrial engineering, industrial engineering management at the enterprise at the scene and the status of the application of industrial engineering at the scene and optimize the management of the relationship outlined. secondly, enterprises in the industrial engineering at optimizing the management methods are described in detail. Finally, Hangzhou Machine Tool Group's actual conditions, using industrial engineering methods for analysis of its production at the scene, the problem is issued to improve.
