生活方式和遵医用药对高血压患者的影响
摘 要
高血压病(Essential Hypertension，EH)，是一种最常见的心血管疾病，是全球范围内的重大公共卫生问题。近年来心血管病专家明确提出治疗高血压病的主要指标是最大程度地减少心血管并发症和死亡的危险。我国现在约有高血压患者1.6亿，每年新发病例约300万，且普遍存在着发病率高、死亡率高、致残率高的特点，并且已确诊为高血压病的病人尚未重视或缺乏高血压病的相关危险因素，血压变化规律及健康行为等知识，高血压治疗依从性仍未获得满意的临床控制水平。随着经济的发展，人们生活方式的改变，高血压的患病率也呈逐年上升趋势。遵医用药和健康的生活方式是高血压疾病得到有效控制的主要治疗方法。
目的：了解高血压患者的生活方式和用药情况，分析影响患者遵医用药的原因。
方法：调查分析122例高血压患者的遵医用药和生活方式。
结果：影响患者遵医用药的因素分别是：文化程度、经济状况、病程长短、测血压频率等；有76 患者存在不良的生活方式
结论：护士应针对性地对高血压患者进行相关知识的健康教育，不断提高患者的遵医行为，改变不良生活习惯，建立健康的生活方式。

Life style and Zun cure to use the influence of the medicine upon the high blood pressure sufferer
ABSTRACT
Essential Hypertension (EH), Hypertension, is one of the most common cardiovascular disease worldwide, is the major public health problem. In recent years, cardiovascular disease experts specifically treatment of hypertension is the main indexes to minimize the risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. China is now about 160 million, hypertension patients each year about 300 million new cases and widespread high incidence, mortality, high morbidity, and has the characteristics of high hypertension patients diagnosed not lack of attention or related risk factors for hypertension, blood pressure variation and health behaviors, etc., hypertension treatment adherence is still not satisfactory clinical control level. With the development of economy, people's lifestyle changes, the incidence of hypertension is increasing year by year. According to the medical and health way of life is effectively controlled hypertensive disease of the main treatment.
Objective: to understand the way of life of the patients with hypertensive patients with drugs and medical effects of medicine did.
Methods: the investigation and analysis of 122 hypertension patients as medical medicine and way of life.
Results: the influence factors of medicine as medical patients respectively is: cultural level, economic status and length of blood pressure; and frequency, There exist the poor with 76 lifestyle
Conclusion: the nurse should be pointed to hypertension patients of health related knowledge education, improve patient medical behavior, change as bad living habits, a healthy lifestyle.
