Methods The analysis was performed on an HPLC C18 column (4.6 mm¡Á200 mm£¬5 ¦Ìm) at the detection wavelength of 370 nm. The mobile phase consisted of 0.2% phosphoric acidª²methanol (50¡Ã50) with a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.08-0.32 ¦Ìg of quercetin (r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 101.5% with RSD 0.8% (n=6).Conclusion The method is simple£¬rapid and accurate for the determination of quercetin in Hedyotis diffusa Willd, which could be used for the quality control of Hedyotis diffusa Willd.
