Abstract: chapter 4 bounded awareness. this chapter is about our systematic and predictable failure to notice critical information that is available to us, as  Ponze Scheme which is crazy for any rational staff however for the staff involved in that scheme, the rationality and its corresponding obvious and ample evidences had been ignored and disregarded amazingly.  how to manage bounded awareness and what is the difference between bounded awareness and availablity heuristic? Thinking.
learing:  simplifying complex situation is a problem that human beings must deal with from their first moments of life.  we lack the attention and brain power we would need to pay attention to every potentially relevant factor or piece of information in our environment when making a decision.
