According to conclusions of relevent research, the paper gave

policy recommendations to further improving their internal

governmental mechanism , construction of rural financial

markets, and positively promote micro-loan for small

companies to enter into the credit system ,etc., in order to  

guide the practice of rural micro-loan companies effectively,

and force the micro-loan companies to have a healthy development and continue to play its social  role on supporting and benefiting farmers, and make a further  move on improving the rural financial system, promoting a new socialist countryside construction and regional economic development as well.

In light of the relative research conclusions ,the article presents the proposals of perfecting the internal governance mechanism, establishing rural financial market ,promoting  the  micro loan company to enter into  the credit inquiry system   to guide the practice of rural micro loan company effectively and through its healthy development , the micro loan company can play social benefit continually , further complete rural financial system and promote  building of socialist new countryside as well as regional development.

Based on related research conclusions, this paper takesone step further to put forward policy suggestions on improving internalgovernance mechanism, constructing rural financial market and small-loancompanies entering credit rating system, etc. The purpose is to effectively conduct the practice of small-loan companies, continue their social benefits of supporting agricultures, perfect rural financial system and propel the development of new rural areas as well as regional economy.
