of all the changes that have taken place in china during the past few years, perhaps the most far-reaching has been the soaring real estate. it is difficult to the point of impossibility for us to imagine a time when those ever in poverty turned out to be millionaires overnight, thanks to the great profit gained from this very industry , to which the local GDP was even highly linked , and their outstanding foresight as well. is there any chance that the general people will benefit from the booming economy driven by the prosperity of the home market ?
but for now the prospect seems remote.
