一般线性回归做交互作用，怎么得到cohen'd值？

文献的方法部分：A general linearmodel was used to examine between-subject effects ofgenotype, frequency of negative stressful life events, andtheir interaction with methylation. Effect size is reported asCohen’s d. （doi:10.1176/appi.ajp.2018.17121360）
有两个疑问
1.像作者这样描述，一般线性回归里的交互作用是相加还是相乘？
2.效应量Cohen’s d是怎么计算出来的，用什么软件，code实现，文章里完全没写，请问有没有大神知道，谢谢了！
