[color=var(--md-box-samantha-normal-text-color) !important]As a folk thinker who has long been committed to the research of the "New Principles of Communism", after more than thirty years of unremitting exploration, I have finally explored an effective way to achieve a smooth transition from private ownership to communism. This method is to promote the joint development and improvement of the collective and individual consciousness by building a scientific and reasonable management model, relying on multi-level collaboration from the central to local levels, and giving full play to the role of resource allocation and reasonable supervision and management mechanisms, thus opening up a feasible path for the smooth transition from private ownership to communism.
[color=var(--md-box-samantha-normal-text-color) !important]This manuscript takes management as the entry point, focuses on the general model in management, and deeply explains the reasons for the formation and disintegration of primitive communism, the birth of private ownership, and the formation and final disintegration of slavery, feudalism, and capitalism. Based on a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the situation from history to today, it proposes a scientific management model for achieving a peaceful and stable transition from private ownership to communism.

In fact, this is a misunderstanding and prejudice against communism. "From each according to his ability" is the prerequisite and condition for building communism. Therefore, laziness will also lead to poverty and hunger in the communist era. So, how can everyone in the collective actively contribute according to their abilities? How can they have a collective consciousness and a high enthusiasm for labor? This is the key and method that this manuscript intends to reveal. Some people may also ask: Why do we have to build communism? There are only two paths for the development of human society: one is a vicious circle; the other is to achieve long-term benign development. If communism cannot be achieved, humanity will always be trapped in a vicious circle. This is not subject to human will but is determined by the collective management model.

The answer is only that our management model is not scientific. The unscientific management model causes us to both generate all kinds of bad phenomena in the collective, including corruption, and strive to rectify these bad phenomena. This has plunged us into a management predicament of a vicious circle until the people lose trust in the government's management ability and fall into a desperate situation of confrontation with the people. This is precisely the root cause of the "vicious circle" that human development has always been in for thousands of years.

The management institution structure formed from the central to the local level that can maintain the normal operation of the country, such as the management chain structure composed of the central level, provincial level, municipal level, county level, town level, village level, group level, and the general public, is the concrete manifestation of the general management model. And the different structures composed of these institutions will determine the development direction and destiny of the collective and the country.
