Apostdoctoral position is provided by Dr. Chiang, Wei-yu Kevin in the Departmentof Management Sciences, City University of Hong Kong. Dr. Chiang is anAssociate Professor and the Program Director of MSc in Operations and SupplyChain Management at City University of Hong Kong. He is interested ininterdisciplinary research across Operations, Marketing, and IS. His workappears in leading management journals, including Management Science, Manufacturing& Service Operations Management, and Journal of Management Information Systems. Dr.Chiang wants to recruit one postdoctoral fellow. The applicants must have thefollowing qualification and skills:
1. APh.D. degree in Management Science, Marketing, Economics or closely related discipline(s);and
2. Astrong interest in pursuing an academic/research career; and
3. Familiarwith game theoretical or empirical modeling; and
4. Strongoral and written communication skills; and
5. Self-motivation.
Preferencewill be given to those applicants with strong background and experiences in oneor more of the following areas: supply chain management, interface betweenmarketing and operations management, marketing science, dynamic pricing andapplied economics.
Salaryis negotiable, based on the grant provided by Chow Yei Ching Graduate ofGraduate Studies in City University of Hong Kong.
