，英语不是很好，帮顶一下。貌似是说英语本身表达的内容或者英语的形式、结构，这二者韩国（英语为第二语言的国家）的小学该选择哪一个……

英语的实践是啥，为啥在某些情况下，实践显得很重要？

first one：在韩国主要的学校中，那些不以英语为母语的学生是应该注重英语本身多一点还是英语的形式多一点。请用你自己的语言简短地描述。
