【演讲者简介】苏斌，新加坡国立大学能源研究所研究员。主要研究领域为能源经济与政策、能源与气候变化、能源环境系统建模和分析。现任Energy Economics（SSCI源刊）副主编，Proceedings of theNational Academy of Science of the United States of America, Energy Economics,Energy Policy, Ecological Economics, Environmental and Resource Economics,Applied Energy, Economical Modelling, International Journal of Global EnergyIssues, Science of the Total Environment, Economic Systems Research等10多个国际期刊审稿人。在国际期刊Energy Economics, Ecological Economics, Energy Policy和Economic Systems Research上发表多篇投入产出相关文章。目前在新加坡能源研究所主持和参与多项能源环境相关的研究项目，项目报告提交至新加坡环境与水资源部、贸易与工业部、外交部等多个ZF部门。
【内容简介】Energy-related CO2 emissions embodiedin international trade have been widely studied by researchers using theenvironmental input-output analysis framework. The embodiment estimates help toexplain the “carbon leakage” between industrial and developing countries and toreveal the so-called “consumption-based” emissions (or carbon footprint). Thesefindings have implications on national climate policy and internationalnegotiations. This talk gives a general overview of the methodological issuesin embodied emission studies from single-region to multi-regional analysis.
