Job title: HR Internship(人力资源部实习生)
Type of employment: Internship
On board date: Nov 2007
Duration: Nov1st-April31st (6 month)
Location: Nanjing.

Who we are looking for?
Strong interest and potential in HR area
Willing to work for in an international company like Siemens,
Detail-oriented,
Meticulous and modest,
Self-motivated
Situational sensitivity
With good courtesy and behavior

Areas of Job Responsibilities:
1 Recruiting: Resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidates pool upd
ate.
2 Training: Coordination in training program.
3 Other HR administration work related

Qualifications:
1 Bachelor degree with major in HR or related.
2 Good reading and written English proficiency.
3 Team player with good communication skills.
4 Fast learning ability

Knowledge:
1 HR Knowledge
2 HR concept
3 Good understanding of HR process.
