This material is one copy of course assignment of FINA5120 Corporate Finance, whose author is a MSc Econ student in HKUST Business School. Hopfully it would be helpful for those who are now studying Corporate Finance of graduate level.

This solution paper is dealing with basic problems in capital budgeting projects based on HBS case, Ocean Carriers. The case material can be found in many big forums in mainland China.
