if you mean how "具体环境" influence the grocery manager?
You may do the following analysis,
1. business region?
2. customer flow everyday?
3. demographic variables (age, gender, education, average income etc)

4. local tax policy (special fund, general fund, and debt fund etc)
5. security environment (e.g. crime rate )

6. business environment (reputation, the better the better)
7. transaction scale ( the bigger the better)

Other matter,
normally speaking, a 杂货店 couldn't afford to hire a manager.
