[求助]FRM考试被怀疑试卷雷同，何解？

事情是这样的，我于08年11月参加了在北师大举行的FRM考试，昨天意外的受到GARP给我发邮件，对我考试的诚信度表示怀疑，大意是经过统计测试，怀疑我是雷同试卷，要我尽快作出合理的解释，我想求助论坛里各位前辈，有没有遇到过类似情况？？您们都是如何解释的？

另外，我想问一下08年在北师大参加考试的考试同学们，你们有没有人受到类似的信件。

希望了解西方人思维方式的各位能人给予点播，该如何做解释？？

我是07年考得，从未遇到这种事情！不知该如何解答，看看大家有没有good idea

是的，希望大家不吝赐教！

为了便于大家分析，我把信件原文主要部分附上，看看有没有人遇到过，另外建议08年参加了考试的同仁们抓紧看一下邮箱，有没有受到类似邮件，不要错过解释的时机！！

Dear Mr. :

 

Each year GARP conducts a review of the FRM examination test results in a number of ways.  One method we use to help ensure the integrity of the examination process is maintained is to compare the answers provided by each candidate with those of other candidates taking the exam by test site.  We then look at a number of other factors, including seating charts, before determining whether sufficient cause exists to reach out to an FRM candidate and request additional information.

 

The answers you submitted for the 2008 FRM examination suggest a pattern when compared to another candidate’s answers that would be statistically improbable absent having shared answers.

 

As allowed by our Code of Conduct, to which you agreed to be bound by signing the examination booklet prior to starting the examination and at the time you initially registered for the exam, we respectfully request that you provide to us as soon as possible, in writing, an explanation of the facts and circumstances that would have resulted in your answers being virtually identical to those of another candidate.

 

The results of your examination will be withheld until such time as we receive and review the information you have provided us, no later than Friday, January 16, 2009.  You will be immediately notified of our determination following the review.  Please be assured that we have not made any final judgment at this time and will await the receipt of your explanatory information.

我觉得只有申辩了

1、首先申明自己没有做任何不当之事，自己是严格遵守ethics的，监考没有提出意见也说明了这一点

2、考试本来就是4选1，存在完全或99％选择相同的可能

3、质疑他们的method，有何科学方法证明“雷同”（除非一样），又有何客观证据证明“抄袭”

总之，坚持一点，自己参加考试的程序是正确的，出现了雷同这样的结果，也是自己无法预见的，因而自己无过错。

我也是08年11月在北师大考的，没有收到这样的邮件。。。。

跟协会解释吧，说明当时的情况，考场是如何布置的。自己没有违反任何规定。坚称自己没有作弊，遇到这种情况还真是难办啊。

雷同的概率是很小，但也有可能发生的。肯定还有一个人收到同样的邮件了，最好解释一下吧，从你们俩的解释也许可以进一步证明没有作弊的事件发生。
