在建立logit回归的时候做着做着就出现了下面的错误:

行数有变化:是不是删除了遺漏值?
不知道这是什么原因。。有大神能解答一下吗?
还有还有,我在建立logit回归的时候,自变量有很大一部分都是顺序变量,然后在做summary的时候都是以每个选项做显著性水平检验的,如下:
