请楼上及大家以后求文献，一定要把文献的精确出处找到，什么杂志，哪一年，哪一卷，第几册，这样大大减少为你查阅文献人的时间，也会使大家求文献速度更快。你提供的出处不是很准确，那两篇都来自于Journal of Applied Psychology。
