路透纽约3月10日电---《福布斯》杂志周三公布的最新富豪榜显示，墨西哥大亨卡洛斯・斯利姆（Carlos Slim）取代微软(MSFT.O)创始人比尔・盖茨，成为世界首富。

该杂志称，这是自1995年以来，盖茨第二次失去《福布斯》富豪榜冠军位置。

以下是福布斯公布的环球前20大富豪排名：

To create our 24th ranking of the world's richest people, more than 40 reporters in 13 countries spent the better part of a year valuing the assets of 1,011 billionaires, 30 drop-offs, the estates of deceased plutocrats and numerous other suspects who crossed our rich list radar.

Included in our tally are stakes in publicly traded and privately held companies, real estate, paintings, gems, yachts and planes, plus hoards of cash. Privately held companies are valued by coupling estimates of revenues or profits to valuation metrics for similar public companies.

Yahoo! BuzzWe look hard for debt but are not able to find all of it. We attempt to vet the net worths of all the individuals listed in the rankings. While some refuse to comment, others cooperate, often sending bank statements, accounting documents or other proof of holdings.

Our estimates are a snapshot of wealth taken on Feb. 12. Given how unsettled stock and currency markets can be, some of those on our list will be significantly richer or poorer within weeks--even days--of publication.

We list individual fortunes, rather than those shared among large multigenerational families such as the Rothschilds or Du Ponts. In some cases, like that of Indian newcomers Sudhir and Samir Mehta, we list siblings together if we don't know how they split their fortune. In these cases we require the net worth to be an average of $1 billion apiece. When we garner new information on how fortunes are shared, we split up families. Example: Taiwan's Tsai brothers, who were listed together with a $3.3 billion fortune in 2008. The trio returns to the rankings this year with three individual listings after falling off in 2009. We include wealth held by a spouse and children (marking the entry "& family") but not wealth of other kin.

台湾18人进富豪榜 两岸三地占了十分之一

美国「富比士」杂志公布2010年富豪排行榜，台湾共有18人上榜，中国大陆富豪则有64人入榜，香港共有25人位列榜单。总计两岸三地富豪人数，占了全球富豪榜中的十分之一。而美国富豪以403人占了其中的大多数。
墨西哥电讯大亨卡洛斯史林以535亿美元资产，获得全球首富，微软主席比尔盖兹以530亿美元，退居第二位，而股神巴菲特则以470亿美元，位居第三。
台湾入榜的富豪们，以鸿海郭台铭55亿美元资产居首，在全球排在第136位。
中国大陆超过10亿美元的富豪，从2009年的28人，跳增到今年的64人，增加幅度引人注目，超过俄罗斯的62人。
香港25人入榜，李嘉诚以210亿美元居首，在全球富豪中位列第14位，李兆基185亿美元居22位。

I don't really think he can beat Bill Gates and Warren Buffet. His wealth seems partly depends on the whole economy situation. Unlike Warren Buffet, his wealth cannot be judged easily by just a few years.
