Location: Beijing / Shanghai
This Position belongs to Technology consulting workforce, who will supply the technical solution design based on deep understanding of how to use BI to facilitate the business and management. Leading the team to delivery is also his important responsibility.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Work with Accenture business team to clarify the BI requirement and transfer the business solution into technical solution including Data architecture, ETL architecture, and BI architecture.
- Communicate with client technical manager and drive the solution to be confirmed
- Lead the technical team to deliver, including draft and control the work plan. Recognize and handle the risk, control the deliverable’s quality. Work the technical issues out.
Professional Skill Requirements
- At least 8 years of practical working experience in BI/EDW field.
- Play technical leader role in at least 2 BI implementation projects. Lead and manage the technical team to deliver with high performance in Design, Development, Testing and deployment phase.
- Master in Oracle BIEE product suit, deep understanding about product capability and limitation, especially in business value of BI app module, Customization using SDK, Content and user Privilege integration with Portal. At least 2 practicing project experience with BIEE in recently 4 years.
- Good understanding and practice in Data Modeling and ETL design and implementation
- Understanding with ERP and has BI experience which build DW based on ERP data.
- Resource industry background is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork skills, good oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional analytical skills necessary to identify and resolve technical issues or problems.
- BS in Computer Science, MS preferred
