More and more people throw themselves into researching the method of slitter control.This article introduces the design of software for slitter PLC control system by the instruction of the slitter its structure and its hardware system and choicing the mainly part of the control system,and then making them together,designing a software making up the programs. This article is divided into four chapters. background of this article and the level of the slitter control system are include in the first chapter.In the second chapter, by introducting the slitter and analysis the process of its working, I finally decided the slitter control system. And in the third one, the hardware system is been introduced. Chapter 4 introduced the Slitter system software design, and descript to the part of the process in detail.
