This article mainly introduced how to have used PLC and the configuration software realizes the automatic washer control system. This PLC system design is mainly by the simulation quantity input output module, the timer, the counter constitution, system's major function is lets the washer wash clothes normally, realizes the independent process choice which through the hand control washes clothes. Finally realizes the supervisory system picture movement through the century star configuration software, has realized washer's long-distance operation. This design basically realizes to the automatic washer movement condition real-time surveillance, completes the automatic washer's wash, the rinse, duties and so on dehydration. Used this automatic washer to reduce the human resources greatly, simultaneously saved the cost, might propose washer's automatic process rapidly.
