摘 要
随着机械工业的迅猛的发展，有关采煤机的研究越来越热。采煤机是一个集机械，电气和液压为一体的大型复杂系统。液压传动是以液体为传动媒介，主要利用液体的压力能来进行能量传递和控制的传动方式。摇臂作为采煤机的一个重要组成部件，主要用来调整采煤机的采煤高度，在应用中起了非常重要的作用，因此，对采煤机摇臂体统的研究是非常有意义的。利用液压系统的工作原理可以很好的调节采煤机摇臂的高度，从而达到采煤高度的要求。
采煤综合机械化，是加速我国煤炭工业发展，大幅度提高劳动生产率，实现煤炭工业现代化的一项战略措施。综合机械化不仅产量大，效率高，成本低，而且能减轻笨重的体力劳动，改善作业环境，是煤炭工业技术的发展方向。液压支架是综合机械化采煤方法中最重要的设备之一。
液压系统在采煤机摇臂上的研究中处于一个飞速发展的时期，利用好液压系统的特性和规律可以实习那采煤机摇臂的匀速运动以及自锁等功能。因此，此次研究的途径在于很好的利用液压系统的功能很好的控制采煤机的摇臂系统是很有意义的。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of machanical industry, the research about the shearer is becoming more and more hotter. Shearer is a large compex system which integrated of machinery, electrical and hydraulic. Using the liquid medium as the trabsmission, hydraulic drive mainly used the liquid pressure to trabsfer and control the energy As an important component parts, rocker shearer mainly used to adjust the coal shear height,which played a very important role in the application and therefore.the research about the adjustment system of shearer arm was very meaningful. The principle of hydraulic systems can be used to adjust the height of shearer arm wonderfully toachieve the requirements of the high degree.
The comprehensive mechanization of coal mining is the acceleration coal industrial development of our country , raises labor productivity substantially , realizes the modern a strategic measure of coal industry. Synthesize mechanization not only output big, efficiency has low cost high and can alleviate heavy physical labor and improvement schoolwork environment, is the technology of coal industry develop direction. Hydraulic support is the one of comprehensive most important equipment in the mechanization method of coal mining.
The research of the application of hydraulic system in the arm is in a period of rapid development.Using the characteristics and laws of hydraulic system correctly can achieve shearer arm’s uniform movement and self-locking function. Therefore,this way of the research lied in using the functions of hydraulic system to control shearer rocker properly,which is of great significance.
