Knowledge management will make the organization and individual has a strong competitive power, and make better decisions. Born in knowledge economy, knowledge management and information technology rapid rise gradually intensifying competition, the commercial development of the environment. The knowledge management and information technology, business intelligence, constructed and became the source of enterprise core competitive power. Knowledge management is to help enterprises to accumulate knowledge and knowledge management, knowledge of the application. This paper first introduces the background knowledge management system and the current development situation, introduces KM3 knowledge management system, and discusses the development platform in the system adopted in the asp.net and related technologies. The detailed analysis of KM3 knowledge management system on the basis of the specific needs of system, presents the overall design scheme of the system, including the overall structure, hardware and software requirements, etc. This paper introduces himself in the project undertaken by the task and finish work, namely KM3 knowledge management module.
